[দ্বিতীয়বার প্রকাশিত।] ফোর্ট উলিয়ম । লেজিসলেটিব ডিপার্টমেন্ট। * श्रददङो sve२ माल १ अङ्ग्रेादद । প্রস্তাবিত আইনের নীচেৰ লিখিত মুসাবিদ। ইজযেঞ্জী ১৮৪২ সালের ৭ অক্টোবর তারিখে হজুর কৌন্সেলে প্রথমবাব পাঠ কবা গেল । ইঙ্গবেঞ্জী ১৮৪২ সাল – আকৃষ্ট। छाङ्गउगएर्भद ¥ीग्रडी भशयांनीङ्ग ८कांम श्रामांल८ङङ्ग হুকুম জাবীব সুগম করণার্থ এবং ঐ আদালন্তে পূৰ্বপেক্ষ উত্তমকপে বিচার হইবার নিমিত্ত আটন যেহেতুক ভাবতবর্ষে প্রথমতী মহারাণীর আদালতের এলাকাৰ বিশেষ সীমাসবহদের বাহিবে ঐ আদালতের ফয়সল ও ডিক্রী ও সৰ্ব্ব প্রকার হুকুমনাম পূৰ্ব্বাপেক্ষা উত্তম্বৰূপে জাবী করিতে এবং সেই কর্ম সিদ্ধ করিষ্কাৰ নিমিত্ত মফঃসলেব কর্মকাবকেবদেব হুকুম ভারতবর্কে স্ত্রীমতী মহারাণীর আদালভেব বিশেষ সীমাসরস্থদের মধ্যে জারী করণার্থ ১৮৪৯ সালের ২৩ আটনে যে২ বিধান আছে সেই ২ বিধাম যে পৰ্য্যন্ত খাটিতে পারে সেইপৰ্য্যন্ত ঐ ীিমতী মহারাণীর আদালডের বিশেষ সীমাসবহদেব বাহিবে ঐ আদালতের হুকুম জারী করণের বিষয়ে থাটাইতে উচিত বোধ হইল । ১ ধাবা । অতএব ইহাতে হুকুম হইল যে ভারতবর্ষে anমতী মহাবাণীর আদালতত্বইতে যে কোন হুকুমনাম। কিম্ব বিট কি ওয়াবন্ট অথবা অন্য কোন প্রকাব পরওয়ানা ঐ২ আদালতের বিশেষ সীমাসবকদের বাহিয়ে এবং যে বাজধানীতে আদালত স্থাপিড আছে সেই রাজধানীৰ অধীন দেশের মধ্যে এক্ষণে যে প্রকাবে এবং শ্বে উপায়ের স্বারা জারী হইতে পারে তাচার অতিৰিক্ত নীচের লিখিত্ত প্রকাবে জারী হ ইন্তে পারিবেক । অর্থাৎ ঐ প্রকার যে হুকুমনাম কি রিট কি ওয়ারক্ট অথবা অন্য কোন প্রকার পবওয়ান এবং তাহার পৃষ্ঠের লিখিত কথা ঐ মিট্টী মহাবাণীর আদালন্তের কিম্বা ভাস্থায় ক্টোক্স এক জন জজ সাহেবের হুকুমে বাহির হয় সেই প্রভূক্তি সেই আদালত্তেৰ মোহরে প্রবল হইলে ঐ ছকুফ
