( షాషి ) [PAur II. ORDERS BY THE LIEUTENANT-GOVERNOR OF BENGAL. MST TT TTT STMMMTTTTT TST T REVENUE AND GENERAL DEPARTMENTS. _ _ _ _ No. 321C.S. General,—The 19th January 1876.-The orders of the 7th December 1875, published in the Calcutta Gazette of the 8th idem, granting privilege leave for forty-five days to Baboo Juggo Mohun Roy, Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector in charge of the Land Acquisition Office, Cuttack, are cancelled at his request. The 21st January 1876.--Surgeon-Major William Henry Hayes, Deputy Commissioner of Singbhoom, is allowed leave for one day under Section 21, Chapter VI of the Civil Leave Code, in extension of the leave granted to him under orders of the 23rd November 1875. The 22nd January 1876—Mr. W. G. Willson, Officiating Meteorological Reporter to the Government of Bengal, is confirmed in that appointment. Mr. Krishna Gobind Gupta, Assistant Magistrate and Collector, is appointed to have charge of the Patooakhally division of the Backergunge district, vice Moulvi Ahmed, trans fcrred. Moulvi Ahmed, Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, in sharge of the Patooakhally division of the Backergunge district, is transferred to the Sudder station of that district. Baboo Huro Kali Mookerjee, Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Dacca, is appointed to have charge of the Moonsheegunge division of the Dacca district, during the absence, on deputation, of Baboo Parbutty Churn Roy, or until further orders, with effect from the date on which he may have relieved that officer. Mr. George Edward, Porter, Officiating Magistrate and Collector, Sarun, is allowed leave for three months, under Section 21, Chapter VI of the Civil Leave Code, with effect from any date between the 7th and 12th February 1876. Mr. George Stewart Park, Joint-Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Howrah, is appointed to act as Magistrate and Collector of Sarun, during the absence, on leave, of Mr. G.E. Porter, or until further orders. Baboo Kali Puddo Mookerjee, Officiating Personal Assistant to the Commissioner of the Burdwan Division, is confirmed in the Seventh Grade of the Subordinate Executive Service. The Right Hon’ble the Secretary of State for India has been pleased to grant to Mr. W. K. Clementson, Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, an extension of leave for three months on medical certificate. The 24th January 1876.-Baboo Gobind Mohun Ghose, Personal Assistant to the Commissioner of Rajshahye and Cooch lichar, is allowed leave for two months, under section 21, Chapter VI of the Civil Leave Code, with cffect from the date on which he availed himself of it in anticipation of sanction. & Baboo Lolit Mohun Chatterjee, Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Bagirhat, in Jessore, on leave, is posted to the district of Maldah. Mr. John Edward Beevor Jeffery is appointed to act as a Joint-Magistrate and Deputy Xollector of the First Grade, with effect from the date on which Mr. W. F. Meres avails himself of his subsidiary leave to proceed on furlough. Mr. James Kelleher is appointed to act as a Joint-Magistrate and Deputy Collector of the First Grade, with effect from the date on which Mr. T. E. Coxhead makes over charge of his present duties as Officiating Joint-Magistrate and Deputy Collector of Hungpore. Mr. Francis William Badcock is appointed to act as a Joint-Magistrate and Deputy Collector of the ScCoud Grade from the date on which the appointment of Mr. Jeffery to act in the First Grade of Joint-Magistrate and Deputy Collectors takes effect, [Government Gazette, 1st February 1876.]
