NOTICE is hereby given, that in the event of no claim being established to the unclaimed Dividends hereunder-mentioned, and which were paid into the hands of the Accountant-General and Sub-Treasurer of the East India Company, with the privity of the Accountant-General of the Insolvent Court, pursuant to the above Act, undel the orders of the said Court, bearing date the 2d day of January, 1838, or any part thereof as particularized hereunder within 12 months from this date, such Dividends will be distributed among such of the Creditors of the under-mentioned Insolvent Estate as shall have established their claims against such Estate respectively, and an order will be obtained to have such claims, the Dividends upon which remain unclaimed at the expiration of the time above-mentioned, expunged from the Sche dule, IᏒ.
