NOTICE is hereby given, that in the event of no claim being established to the unclaimed Divi dends hereundermentioned, and which were paid into the hands of the Accountant-General and Sub Treasurer of the East India Company, with the privity of the Accountant-General of the Insolvent Court, pursuant to the above Act, under the orders of the said Court, hearing date the 6th day of July, 1839, or any part there of us particularized hereunder, within 12 months from this date, such Dividends will be distributed among such of the Creditors of the respective Insolvent Estates as shall have established their claims against such Estates respectively, and an order will be obtained to have such claims, the I)ividends upon which remain unclaimed at the expiration of the time abovementioned, expunged from the respective Schedules.
