ORDERS BY THE LIEUTENANT-GOVERNOR OF BENGAL MUNICIPAL AND LOCAL {\ NOTIE ICATION No 730M –The 15th Flbruary 1894 –Whereas a notification, No 479T M , dated the 15th October 1893, was published at page 174, Part IB of the Calcutta Gazette of 25th idem, declaimng the intention of the Licutenant-Governor to extend the provisions of sections 254 to 260, and of section 274, of the Bengal Municipal Act III of 1884 to the Noakhill Municipality, and where as no valid objection has been raised to the proposal within one month from the date of tho publication of the above notification within the Municipalitv, it is hereby notified for general information that in the exercise of the power vested in the Ilocal Government by section 221 of the Act, and in accordance with the recommendation of the Commissioners of the Noakhali Municipality, made at a meeting, the Lieutenant Governor sanctions the extension of the said provisions of the Municipal Act to the above Municipality J A Bouri, ILLON, Offg Secy to the Govt of Bengal NOTIFICATION No 814S —Thu 19th February 1894 —Whereas a notification No 3601S, dated the 17th November 1898, announcing the intention of the Lieutenant-Governor to extend the provisions of the Bengal Vaccination Act V of 1880 (as amended by Bengal Act II of 1887) to the Raghunathpur Municipality in the district of Manbhum, was published at page 198, Part IB of the Calcutta Gazetti of the 22nd Idem, and whereas no objection has been raised to the proposal within six weeks from the date of the publication of the notification within the municipality, it is hereby notificd for general information, that in the exercise of the power conferred on him bv section 1 of Bengal Act V of 1880, the Lieutenant-Governor extends the provisions of the said Act, as amended by Bengal Act II of 1887, to the Raghunathpur Municipality J A Bournllion, Offy Secy to the Govt of Bengal
