NOTIFICATION No 1420M – The 26th March 1894 —Whereas a notification, dated the 8th January 1894, was published at page 5, Part IB of the Calcutta Gazette of the 10th idem, declaring the intention of the Licuteuant-Governor to extend the provisions of sections 221 to 235, 237 to 250, 254 to 202, 266 to 272, 278 (clauses 1, 2 and 3), 274, 277 and 278 of the Bengal Municipal Act III of 1884 and the provisions of section 251 of the Act as amended by Bengal Act III of 1886, to the Kishanganj Municipality in the district of Purnee, and whereas no objection has been raised to the proposal within one month from the date of the publication of the above notification within the Municipality, it is hereby notified for general information that, in the exercise of the power vested in the Local Government by section 231 of the Act, and in accordance with the recommendation of tho Commissioners of the Kishauganj Muuicipality, made at a meetiug, the Lieutenant-Gover nor sauctions the exteusyon of the above provisions of the Municipal Act to the said Municipalitv J A Bourdillon, Offy Secy to the Govt of Bongal TSA SAASAASSAAAAAAHSMSMS NOTIFICATION No 1447M —The 27th Murch 1894 –In accordance with the provisos in sections 252 ard 276 of the Bengal Municipal Act III of 1884, it is hereby notified for general information that the Lieutenant-Governor is plcased to direct that the provisions contained in the st cond clause of sectıon 252 and ın sectıon 276 of the Act shall come ınto operatıon withın the limits of the Baukura Municipality after the expiration of a period of six months from the datc. of the publication of this notification within the Mullcipality J A BoUR DI 1 I o N, Offg Secu to the Gott of Bengal
