ΝΟΤΙΕΝΙΟΑΤΙΟΝ-Νο 1873]Ι, Ε, The 2nd Ap, al 1894 —Under the powers conferred upon him by section 101 (1) of the Bengal Tenancy Act VIII of 1885, the Lieutenant-Governor is pleased to order that a survey shall be made and a record of rights prepared in respect of all lands included within the external boundaries of the under-mentioned estates of the Faridpur Collectorate, viz — No 4004, zamındarı Basudeb Roy, Hışsya Kalı Sankar Sen, pargana Rajnagar No 4028, zamındarı Basudeb Roy, pargana Rajnagar The particulars to be recorded in the survey and record-of-rights shall be the following — (a) The name of each proprietor, with the character and extent of his interest (b) The situation, quantity, and boundaries of proprietor's private lands, as defined um Chapter XI of the Act (c) The name of each tenant (d) The class to which he belongs, that is to say, whether he is a tenure-holder, raiyat holding at fived rates, occupant v raivat, non-occupancy rary at or underraivat, and if he is a terure-holder, whether he is a permanent tenure-holder or not, and whether his rent is liable to enhancement during the continuance of his tenure () The situation, quantitv, and boundaries of the land held by him (f) The name of his landlord (g) The rent payable (h) The mode in which that rent has been fixed, whethel by contract, by order of a Court, or otherwise (*) If the rent is a gradually increasing rent, the time at which and the steps by which it increases (y) The special conditions and incidents, if any, of the tenancy C E Buckland, Secy to the trott of Bengał JUIDICIAL IDEI’ARTMENT _ No 2395A.
