From the Secretary to the Sudder Roard of Revenue, to the Commusioner of Revenue for the Pavuston of • In continuation of the Circular No. 9, 1ssued from this Office under date the 29thomay, I am desired by the Sudder Board of l.tevenue, under directions* from Government, to request that you will issue the necessary instructions to your subordinates, for carrying into effect, experiinentally, the ar angement suggested in the annexed Extract (paragraphs 121 and 122,) of the Report for 184546, submitted to Government by the Superintendent and Remembrancer of Legal Affairs. 2d. You will be pleased to instruct the several Collectors of your Division to furnish the Legal Remembrancer with a Quarterly Statement of unexecuted decrees in such form as he may prescribe, and you will be good enough to subunit to this Office a half yearly Statement of the nature indicated in the 122d paragraph of that Officer's Report (Signed) G. [Government Gawette, 17th August, 1847.] Կա ஒத் fj - = =ള്ള -ബ് - সদর বোর্ড রেবিনিউর সরকুলের অর্তর । ०8 मध्रुङ्ग । অমুক এলাকার রাজস্বের খ্ৰীযুত কমিস্যমর সাহেবের প্রক্তি नमह cदाऊँ ८ङ्गविनिडैद्र ब्यूरू cनcजल्लेाङ्गो नt८इप्बद्भ পত্র । গত ২৯ মে তারিখের ৯ নম্বরী যে সরকুলের অর্ডর এই সিরিশতাহটতে প্রেরিত হইয়াছিল তাছার অনুক্রমে সদর বোর্ড রেবিলিউর সাহেবের গরণমেন্টের অ’জ্ঞাক্ৰমে* স্বাকুম কবিভেছেন যে মোকদযার সুপরিন্টেগুেন্ট ও রিমেম্বুন্সের সাহেব ১৮se । ৪৬ সালের যে রিপোর্ট গবর্ণমেন্টের নিকটে পাঠ"ইয়াছেন তাহার ১২ ১ এবং ১২২ দফায় পশ্চাৎ লিখিত চুম্বকে ম্বে নিয়মের পরমর্শ দেওয়া গিয়াছে তাহা পরীক্ষাস্বরূপ আমলে আনিৰ্বার নিমিত্তে তোমার * অধীন কার্য্যকাৰকদিগকে যে ২ উপদেশ দেওয়া আবশ্যক বোধ হয় তাছ1 দেও । ১ । মোকদ্দমার সুপরিটেণ্ডেণ্ট সাহেব যে পাঠ নিদিষ্ট কবেন সেই পাঠানুসারে জারী না হওয়া ডিগ্রীর এক ত্রৈমাসিক কৈফিষৎ ঐ সাহেবকে দিতে তোমার এলাকার নানা কালেক্টর সাহেবকে তুমি আদেশ কর এ r২ ঐ কর্মকাবক সাহেবের রিপোটের ১১১ দফীত্তে cয প্রকার কৈফিয়ৎ নির্দিষ্ট আছে তাহ ছয় ২ মাসাস্তরে এই সিরিশতায় তোমার পাঠাইভে হইবেক । জি প্লেীড়ন । সেক্রেটারী • সনক বোর্ড রেবিনিউ । ফোর্ট উলিয়ম । ১৮৪৭ - ১১ জুলাই । মোকদ্দমার সুপরিস্টেণ্ডেণ্ট ও বিয়েন্ত্রান্সর সাহেব ১৮৪৬ সালের ১৪ ডিসেম্বর তারিখেৰ ৬৯৭ মম্বরী যে রিপোর্ট বাঙ্গলাপ্রভূতি দেশের গবর্ণমেন্টের সেক্রেটারী সাহেবের নিকটে করেন তাহার চুম্বক । ১২ ১ দফা ! গত ১৯ মাপ্রিল তারিখে আজি এষ্ট বিষয় বোর্ডেৰ সাহেবেরদের নিকটুে লিখিয়াছিলাম কিন্তু ঐ সাহেবেরঙ্গেয় বোধ ছিল যে সেই বিষয় সামা ம்_ صف -اگاع - -
