The following Act 1s passed by the Hon’ble the • Prpsident of the Council of India in Üouncil on the 7th April, 1849, with the assent of the Right IIon’ble the Governor General of India, which has been rend and recorded Ordered, that the Act be promulgated for gene ral information ACT No VII OI 1849 An Act for the appointment of an Administrator General in Benyal Whereas it is explaient to disconnect the administration of the Estates of British subjects dyıng ıntestate ın the Pı esıdency of Fort Wıllıam ın Bengal from the Office of Ecclesiastical Registrar * of the Supreme Court and to appoint an Adminis trator General there, It is enacted as follows I Whenever, after the passing of this Act, any British Subject shall die intestate, within the I’residency of Fort William in Bengal, or the Territories which are or shall be subordinate to the sald Presidency, and on the return of the citation issued from the proper Ecclesiastipal Court, no next of Kin shall appear, and make out their claim to the Administration of the Effects of the deceased, to the satisfaction of the said Court, and also, whenever the Executor or Exe cutors, appointed by the Will of any British SubJeot dyng therein, shall refuse to prove the Will, the Administrator Gengral, created by this Act, ইঙ্গবেঞ্জী ১৮৪৯ সাল ৭ অffপ্রল । खांदङदरéद्र बोयूङ दाङ्गेभ्रे अमददिल १ादङ्गबद्ध ८छनद्रल বাহাদবেব সমতিক্রমে ভাৰতবর্ষের কোন্সেলেব যুক্ত অমববিল প্রসীডেন্ট সাহেব হজুৰ কৌন্সেলে ইঙ্গবেঞ্জী ১৮৪৯ সালের ৭ অ1fপ্রল তff৭গে প শচাং লিখিত.s আইন জাৰী কৰিলেন । শ্ৰীযুত গবর্নর জেনবল বাহাদু-* বেব ঐ সমতিপএ পাঠ হইয়া কোন্সেলেব বস্থীতে অর্পণ হষ্টয়াছে । হুকুম চইল যে এট আইন সৰ্ব্ব সাধারণ লোককে জানাইবার নিমিত্ত্বে প্রকাশ হয । ইঙ্গবেঞ্জী ১৮৪৯ সাল ৭ অষ্টিন । বাঙ্গল দেশে এক জন আডমিনিষ্ট্রেটৰ জেনবল নিযুক্ত কবিবাব আইন । যেহেতুক বাঙ্গল দেশেৰ ফোর্ট উশিয়ম ৰাজধানীর অধীন দেশের মধ্যে যে ব্রিটনীগ প্রঞ্জাব। উইল না কৰিযা মবেন তাহারদেব ইস্টেটের সবববাহ কাবী কর্ম কলিকাতাব সুপ্রিম কোর্টেব ইক্লিসিামাটিকেল বেজিস্ট্রাৰ সাহেবেব পদহইতে পৃথক্ কব এবং এক জন আডমিনিষ্ট্রেটব জেনবল নিযুক্ত কব বিশিষ্ঠ আছে অতএব নীচেৰ লিখিতমতে হুকুম চটল । ১ ধাবা । এই আইন জারী হওনেব পর যখন কোন ব্রিটনীয় প্রজা বাঙ্গল দেশের ফোর্ট উলিয়ম বাজধানীৰ श्रट४T दिभ्रा ये दाँङ४ांमीद अथीन ८द२ cाक्रण पप्रांरछ दा उँखद कॉरल हप्त ८महे९ ८म८णद भरक्ष ठेडल ना कद्रिद्रा মবেন এবং উপযুক্ত ইক্লিসিআষ্টিকেল আদালতহইতে ভলবচিঠী বাহিৰ হইয় ফিৰিয়া আইলে যদি মৃত্ত द7ख्दि ८कांन श्रठिनिक दृश डे»हिङ न इन e शृङ गाझिद गन्छासिद नदददtप्दु दिदtहङ्ग माeद्रा उख्र यांनांव्णरङद झरच्चांश्वभ८ङ जांदrख मा क८द्भन अय९ আবে ঐ দেশের মধ্যে মৃত কোন ব্রিটীয় প্রজার উইলেৰ দ্বারা যে একসেকিটর কি একসেফিটয়েয়দিগকে मिपूख छद्रा गिग्नाप्इ टैशिंद्र यथम थे लेईलद्र धबान कब्रिटङ चीछांद्र मा कटहन ठ*म ७ई चञाइमांबूनांcद्र ८व shall, except in the case hereinafter excepted, apply | জাডমিনিষ্ট্রেটর জেনয়ঙ্গ নিযুক্ত इन डिधि नीछाप्न नि [Government Gasette, 17th April, 1849] Z
