Kasmleha, pergunnah Arrah, und toterminate at a point in mouzah Usnee, pergunnah Arrah, zillah Shahabad, it is hereby declared that for the above purpose a strip of land measuring 6 miles and 1,320 fect in length, and varying from 80 to 180 feet in width, more or less, and containing 103 acres 2 roods and 1.90, poles, more or less, is required within the aforesaid zillali Shahnbnd. The said strip of land is for the most part situated in mouzah Kasmha, Sakhua, Sundhi, Shivgarh, Bajarua, Udinant Nagar, and Usince, pergunnah Arrah, zillah Shahabad. The land plans of the said distributary may be seen in the Office of the Executive longineer, Arrah Division, at Arrah, between the hours of 10 A M. and 4 P.M. any day, Sundays and holidays excepted. This Declaratiou is made, under thc provisions of Section 6 of Act X of 1870 of the Government of India, to all whom it may concern. No. 73.—Whereas it appears to the Lieutenant-Governor of Bengal that land is required by Government at thc public cxpense for a public purpose, viz. for a distributary channel, to be called the Churace Sub Distributary, to take off from the Usnce l)istribntury in mouzah Pangrahn, perguumah Arrnh, and to terminate at a point iu mouzah Churace, pergunnah Arrah, zillah Shahabad, it is hereby declared that for the above purpose a strip of land measuring 3 miles and 4,000 feet in length, and varying from 90 to 150 feet in width, more or less, and containing 42 acres 3 roods and 9:14 poles, more or less, is required within the zillah of Sliahabad. The said strip of land is for the most part situated in mouzahs Pangraha, Deariya, Akauna Tetariya. I3iliya alias Sabalpur, aud ( ; liarsaee, pergunnah Arrah, zillah Shahabad. The land plans of the said distributary may be seen in the Office of the Exccutive lengincer, Arrah l)ivision, at Arrah, betwcen the hours of l0 A M. and 4 P M. any duy Sundays and holidays excepted. J This 1)eclaration is made, under the provisions of Section 6 of Act X of 1870 of the Government of ludin, to all whom it may concern. No. 74.—Whereas it appears to the lieutenant-Governor of Bengal that land is required to be taken up by Government at the public expense for a public purpose, viz. for a distributary channel, to be called the Chauste Distributary, to take off from the Kaelwar Distributary, amd for a sub-distributary, to hc cnllcd tuc Afzalpore Sub-Distributary, to take off from the aforesaid Chausee Distributary, the first leaving the Kaelwar Distributary, in mouzah I)hauri, pergunnah Nanaur, and terminating in mouzah hausee, pergunnah Nanaur; the second to leave the first-mentioned distributary in mouzah Ik wari, pergunnah Nanaur, and terminating in Inouzah Saontha, pergunnah Nanaur, zillah Shahabad, it is hereby declared that for the above purpose two strips of lund, measuring respectively 8 miles and 4,800 fect and 2 miles and 1.9 '0 fect in length, and varying from 80 to 300 feet and 80 to 160 feet in width, more or less, and containing respectively 102 acres and 7:54 poles and 38 acres 2 roods and 24.5% poles, more or less, are required within the aforesaid zillah. The said strips of land are for the most part situated, first for the Chausee Distributary, in muouzalis Dliauri, Paruhap, Ikwari, Maranpore, l}aruna, Narayanpore Parariya, Itwan, Bandauli, und Chansce, pcrgunnah Nauaur; the second for the Afzalporc Sub-Distributarv in inouzalis lkwari, Afzalpore alias Indurkhi, Baruna, and Soantha, pergunnah Nanaur, ii Shalıabad. @ a @ 曼 The land plaus of the above distributaries may be seen in the Office of the Exceutive Engineer, Arrah I)ivision, at Arrah, between the hours of 10 A.M. and 4 p.m. any day, Sundays and holidays excepted This Leclaration is mule, under the provisions of Section 6 of Act X of 1870 of the Governincmt of ludia, to all whom it may concern.
