Coombs, District Superintendent of Police, Fourth Grade, Sibsagar, is transferred to the district of Darrang. The 7th February 1876.—Mr. T. J. Murray, c.s., Officiating Assistant Commissioner of the Second Grade, Sylhet, is vested with the powers of a Magistrate of the First Class, and with powers to try summarily the offences mentioned in Section 222 of the Criminal Procedure Code. The 8th February 1876.--Baboo Guruprasad Das, Inspector of Police, Lakhimpore, is appointed to have charge of the office of the District Superintendent of Police, Lakhimpur, during the absence of Mr. J.
