REVENUE AND GENERAL DEPARTMENTs. • ബ ജ് ====ബ= No. 3708A. GENERAL.—The 5th July 1877.—Mr. W. H. Kirkpatrick, Registrar and Reporter, Bengal Legislative Department, is allowed leave for three months, from the 1st instant, under the rules in Chapter VII of the Civil Leave Code. Mr. E. R. Gonsalves is appointed to act as Registrar and Reporter of the Bengal Legislative Department during the absence, on leave, of Mr. W. H. Kirkpatrick, or until further orders. i The 7th July 187 7.–Baboo Nilamber Pal is appointed to act as Sub-Depúty Collector of Dinagepore in the Second Grade during the absence, on leave, of Baboo Isser Chunder Mozoomdar, or until further orders. Baboo Kedar Nath Dutt, Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Arreah, Purneah, is allowed leave for two months, under the rules in Chapter VII of the Civil Leave Code, with effect from the 16th instant, or from any subsequent day within one month of that date on which he may avail himself of it. Baboo Uma Churn Banerjee, Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Rajshahye, is transferred to the Bhagulpore division, and is appointed to have charge of the Arrareah division of the Purneah district. Mr. H. Farrer, Assistant Magistrate and Collector of Cuttack, is appointed to have charge of the Jajpore division of that district. Baboo Baroda Kaut Mozoomdar, Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Balasore, is transferred to the Sudder Station of Cuttack. Baboo Otool Chunder Chatterjee, Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Jajpore; Cuttack, is transferred to the Sudder Station of Balasore. 彎 Baboo Gopal. Chunder Mookerjee, temporary Sub-Deputy Collector, First Grade, at Nattore, in Rajshahye, is appointed to be a Sub-Deputy Collector of the First Grade. Baboo Opeudra Chunder Mozoomdar, Sub-Deputy Collector, Rungpore, is appointed to be a Sub-Deputy Collector of the First Grade. Baboo Opendra Chunder Mozoomdar will continue to be employed as Manager of the Pungah and Koowar Pooker Wards' Estates in Rungpore. Baboo Isser Chunder Mozoomdar, Officiating Sub-Deputy Collector, Dinagepore, on leave, is appointed to be a Sub-Deputy Collector of the Second Grade. Baboo Purna Chunder Goopta, temporary Sub-Deputy Collector, Rungpore, is appointed temporarily to be a Sub-Deputy Collector of the First Grade, vice Baboo Opendra Chunder Mozoomdar. 爆 Moulvi Abdool Khalique, B.A., is appointed temporarily to be a Sub-Deputy Collector of the Second Grade, and is posted to Rungpore. Moulvi Wajihuddin Ahmed, temporary Sub-Deputy Collector, Julpigoree, is appointed temporarily to be a Sub-Deputy Collector of the First Grade, vice Baboo Bhabatosh Banerjee. ● © The 11th July 1877. –The Right Hon’ble the Secretary of State for India has been pleased to grant an extension of furlough for one month to Mr. W. H. Verner, c.s. The Deputy Collector in charge of the sub-division of Diamond Harbour for the time being is vested with the powers of a Collector under the provisions of Act VII (B.C.) of 1868. Mr. T. B. Lane, c.s., reported his departure from India on furlough on the 10th June 1877. The 16th July 1877.-Mr. T. D. Moran, temporary Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector of the Seventh Grade, is allowed leave on medical certificate for seven months, under Section 8, Supplement F of the Civil Leave Code, with effect from the 7th October 1876, [Government Gasette, 24th July 1877.]
