[Petr II 1,228 beeghas 12 cottahs only, i.e. 150 feet in breadth and 224 miles in length, commencing from Julpigoree in the south and extending to Silligoree in the north, is required within the villages of Fukeerguuge, Bela Koba, Sahebgunge, Babla Chasa, Arazee Belakha, Panee Khowree, Koomarbheta, Goocoolcheta, Baneapara, Shutepara, Bhoochpara, Borocheeta, Novongoch, Kamarchetta, and Halapakree, pergunnah Bykuntpore, zillah Julpigoree. This declaration is made under the provisions of Section 6 of Act X of 1870 to all whom it may concern. H. J. REYNolds, Secy, to the Govt. of Bengal. I) ECLARATJ ()N. The 10th October 1877.--Whereas it appears to the Lieutenant-Governor of Bengal that land is required to be taken up by Government at the expense of the District Road Fund, 24. Pergunnahs, for a public purpose, viz. for the extension of the road at Serampore, in thana Satkhira and pergunnah Buran, district 24-Pergunnahs, it is hereby declared that for the above purpose a piece of land measuring 7 cottahs and 8 chuttacks, more or less, of the standard measurement, bounded on the north by Uagarland, east by Nemuk Khalari land, south by Koolia Khal, and west hy Seramporc Bazar, is required in the aforesaid *ழ்: of Serampore. The 10th October 1877.—Whereas it appears to the Lieutenant-Governor of Bengal that land is required to be taken by Government at the expense of the District Road Committee, 24-Pergunnahs, for a public purpose, viz. for straightening the existing Nimtah road passing through the villages of Gourcepore, Burcethee, and Naicooree, in the sub-division of Dum. Dum, pergunnah Calcutta, zillah 24-Perguunahs, it is hereby declared that for the above purpose 61 pieces of land measuring 7 beeghas ll cottahs 13 chuttacks of standard measurement, more or less, bounded as noted below, are required :— Plot No. 1.-Estate Nos. 63 and 163.-\l easuring 75 feet x 30 feet, situated in mouzah Goureepore, bounded on the north and south by mál iaud of Audoito Nauth Roy Chowdhery; on the east by the Jessore road; and on the west by the lakheraj land of Khas Mul lick. Plot No. 2.-Lakheraj.-Measuring 116 feet x 30 feet, situated in mouzah Gourcepore bounded on the north and south by lakheraj land of Khas Mullick ; on the east by Audoito Nauth Roy Chowdhery's land; and on the west by Tezchunder Roy Chowdhery’s land. Plot No. 3.-Estate No. 172–Measuring 170 feet x 30 feet, situated in mouzah Goureepore, bounded on the north, west, and south by Tezch under Roy Chowdhery’s land, and on. the east by Khas Mullick's land. Plot No. 4.—Estate No. 172.-Measuring 93 feet x 30 s ”, situated in mouzah Gouree. pore, and bounded on all sides by Tezchunder Roy Chowdhery's land. Plot No. 5.— Estate No. 172.-Measuring 46 feet x 15 feet, situated in mouzah Goureepore, and bounded on all sides by Tezchunder ltoy Chowdhery's land. Plot No. 6.-Estate Ao. 172.-Measuring 159 feet x 30 feet, situated in mouzah Goureepore, bounded on the north, east, and south by Tezchunder Roy Chowdhery's land, and on the west by Azeemuddin Mundle's lakheraj land.
