(Pavil Ao. 845–Declaration—Whereas it appears to the Lieutenant-Governor of Bengal that land is required to be taken up by Government at the public expense for a public purpose, viz. for a Channel for the Arrah Branch Canal Escape at Dunwar, it is hereby declared that for the above purpose two strips of land are required in mousah Dun war, pergunnah Dunwar, aud mousaha Inglis Bihta, Bilita, and Rajpore, in pergunnah Peeroo, zillah Shahabad. The said strips run on either side of the strip taken under declaration No. 802 of the 28th July 1878, for the Kaithi drainage diversion, of which the escape in question will be an enhargement, and are about 84 miles long, aggregating in breadth about 150 feet, more or less, and in area 62 acres 3 roods and 14 poles, more or less. i This declaration is made, under the provisions of Act X of 1870, to all whom it may GOICET A, The 3ர்.
