No. 290.-Declaration under Section 6, Act X of 1870, of the Government of India.—Whereas it appears to the Lieutenant-Governor of Bengal that land is required to be taken up by Government at the public expense for a public purpose, viz. for railway purposes in the village of Chur Pullundo, Pergunnah Shazapore, Zillah Furreedpore, it is hereby declared that, for the above purpose, a piece of land, measuring more or less 5 beegahs 6 cottahs and 7 chittacks of standard measurement, bounded on the north by the boundary of Government Khas Mehal, west and south by land belouging to the Eastern Bengal Railway Company, and east by land occupied by Dhononjoy Soor, Ocrew Burno, Meertunjoy Soor, Nobin Chunder Sing, Kristo Mohun Dutt, Shib Nath Biswas, Allum Khan, Koylas Soor, and Hurry Mohun Soor, is required within the aforesaid village of Chur Pullundo. 2. This declaration is made under the provisions of Section 6 of Act X of 1870 to all whom it may concern. Civir. Buildings. The 10th A ovember 1877. No. 291,-Declaration under Section 6 of Act X of 1870 of the Government of India.— Whereas it appears to the Lieutenant-Governor of Bengal that land is required to be taken by Government at the public expense for a public purpose, viz. to providg additional accommodation for the Bhootcah Boarding School in the Station of Darjeeling, Pergunnah Hills, Zillah Darjeeling, it is hereby declared that, for the above purpose, a piece of land measuring, more or less, 2 roods and 16 poles, and the messuage or dwelling-house erected thereon, together with their respective appurtenances, and bounded on the north by the Bhooteah Boarding School compound ; south by the Police Thannah; west bazaar land; and east Christiana Villa Location and road to the Bhooteah Boarding School, is required within the aforesaid Station of Darjeeling. 2.
