The 20th February 1886.-Under section 146 of the Bengal Tenancy, Act, the Lieutenant-Governor is pleased to direct that the special register to be kept by each Civil 'Court in accordance with the provisions of that section shall be in the form prescribed by section 58, Act XIV of 1882, and numbered as 116 in the 4th schedule annexed to that Act. The 20th February 1886.-Under section 163 (3), Bengal Tenancy Act, the LieutenantGovernor is pleased to direct that the proclamation referred to in that section as required by section 287 of the Civil Procedure Code, Act XIV of 1882, shall, in addition to the places prescribed in section 163(3) of the Bengal Tenancy Act, and in section 289 of the Code of Civil Procedure, be also published in the Mal Kachari or rent-office of the estate, and at the local thana. The 24th February 1886 —The Lieutenant-Governor accepts the resignation tendered by Baboo Shub Chunder Dass of his appointment as an IIonorary Magistrate of the General Iłench at Hooghly The Lieutenant-Governor accepts the resignation tendered by Mr. J H Finlayson of his appointment as an Honorary Magistrate for the Naraingunge Bench, in the district tf Dacca, Mr. W. Rattray, Deputy Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Gya, is vested with the powers of Magistrate of the first class The 25th Februar y 1886 –Mr A. F. M. Abdur Rahman, barrister-at-Law, is appointed to be a member of the Perilianent Committee for the supervision of Mahomedan Registrars appointed under Act I (BC) of 1876, and of Kazis appointed under Act XII of 1880, during the absence of Nawab Abdool Lutecf. c 1 E., or until further orders. The 1st March 1886 —Mr. A. Barooah, Joint-Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Tipperah, is vested with powers, under sections 110, 133 and 186 of Act X of 1882. The undermentioned gentlemen are appointed to be Honorary Magistrates for the Municipal Bench at Jamalpore, in the district of Monghyr, and are vested with the powers of a Magistrate of the third class Mr. T Curtis. | Baboo Modhu Sudun Roy.
