Abdur Rahman, barrister-at-Law, is appointed to be a member of the Perilianent Committee for the supervision of Mahomedan Registrars appointed under Act I (BC) of 1876, and of Kazis appointed under Act XII of 1880, during the absence of Nawab Abdool Lutecf. c 1 E., or until further orders. The 1st March 1886 —Mr. A. Barooah, Joint-Magistrate and Deputy Collector, Tipperah, is vested with powers, under sections 110, 133 and 186 of Act X of 1882.
