{ १७b' ) [ PART TE. Railway, The 2nd March 1886. No 72–Declaration —Whereas it appears to the Lieutenant-Governor of Bengal that: land is required to be taken up by Government at the public expense for a public purpose, viz., for station purposes of the Eastern Bengal State Railway at Diamond Harbour Creek, in the village of Rainagar, pergunnah Gobindopore, district 24-Pergunnahs, it is hereby declared that for the above purpose a piece of land, measuring, more or less, 11 bigahs and 11 chittacks of standard measurement, bounded on the north by Diamond Harbour Creek; east by land belonging to Bilat IKhan, zemindar, south by the Eastern Bengal State Railway and Government Irrigation Bund; and west by land belonging to Bilat Khan, zemindar, is required within the aforesaid village of Rainagar. This declaration is made, under the provisions of section 6 of Act X of 1870, to all whom 1t may concern. No. 78–Declaration.—Whereas it appears to the Lieutenant-Governor of Bengal that land is required to be taken by Government at the public expense for a Rublic purpose, viz., for a railway line of the Eastern Bengal State Railway at Kanchrapara, in the district of 24-Pergunnahs, pergunnah Habilishahur, village Chacklah, it is hereby declared that a piece of land, measuring, more or less, 4 bigalls and 10 cottas of standard measurement, bounded on the north by the village road, on the cast by the Eastern Bengal State Railway; on the south by land belonging to Gopal Mozumdar of Habilishahur and Luckhi Naran Sudgop of Kanchrapara, and on the west by land belonging to Gopal Mozumdar and Mudhoo $oodun Roy of IIabalushahur, is required within the aforesaid village of Chacklah. This declaration is made, under the provisions of section 6 of Act X of 1870, to all whoma it may concern. No. 74 — Declaration.—This Department's Declarations Nos. 222, dated 2nd June 1885 and 226 of 8th Juno 1885, published at pages 535 and 569 of the Calcutta Gazettes of the 3rd and 10th idem, respcctively, regarding the acquisition of lands for enlarging the supply-tank at Kanchrapara and for station purposes on the Eastern Bengal State Railway, are hereby cuncelled. No. 75–Declaration.—Whereas it appears to the Lieutenant-Governor of Bengal that land is required to be taken by Government at the public expense for a public purpose viz., for the use of the Darjeeling-Hiumalayan Railway, in the village of Sonada, pergunnah Darjeeling, zillah Darjeeling, it is hereby declared that for the above purpose a piece of land measuring, more or less, one rood of standard measurement, and bounded on the north, south, and east by land belonging to Messrs. Lloyd and Company; and on the west by Government Cart Road Reserve Land, is required within the aforesaid village of Sonada. This declaration is made, under the provisions of section, 6 of Act X of 1870, to all whom it may concern. A plan of the land can be seen at the Chief Office, Darjeeling-Himalayan Railway.
