The 15th February 1886,--It is hereby notified for general information that, in supersession of all xisting rules under section 15 of Act III (BC) of 1884, the Lieutenant-Governor proposes to lay lown the following rules for the conduct of all future elections in municipalities (except Howrah and he Suburbs of Calcutta) which are now existing, or which may horeaftor be oroated under the prov1 sions of the said Act, and that the proposed rulos will be taken into consideration on or after the 1st April 1886, when any objections or suggestions which may be made by any person and received »efore that date will also be considered. 1.
