'I cannot conclude this report without expressing my appreciation of the assistance which I have received from the Vice-Chairman in particular and the Commissioners, in general. Among thc latter Babu Jogendra Nath Banerjea is worthy of special mention in that he has ungrudgingly given a good deal of his time and attention in helping the Vice-Chairman and myself in the work of the Municipality.
