SARDAR SWARAN SINGH: Luckily for us our economy is not such that we have come to such a stage that we should ask for a moratorium. Our economy is in good shape, and for looking after the refugees we do not require any foreign exchange. we require only our own internal resources to look after their requirements of food, clothing etc. The hon, friend will never believe that I cannot help him if he takes a completely negative attitude. I cannot give him any help. I know that some parties, some friends, do want also to create a situation where they should be able to say that the Indian economy also is in a bad way. It is true that we are facing a great burden on account of these refuges being on our hands, it is a great burden financially, it is a great burden because it causes social and economic tensions and it is a great burden because it takes all our attention.
