[ 40 | by Causing accumulation of heal—resulting in local expansions of the air and gaseous matter enfropped in those cavities. And when the cavities are large ond deep, this subsidence of the upper layers causes earthquakes like those experienced in the country only recently. li will iherefore be evident ihał electric energy or electrons are lhe roolcause of earthquakes. As already stated, these electrons are always present everywhere in this Universe. The sur is a huge mass of electrons, and the planels, etc., which have evolved out of the sun are also permealed by them. There musi therefore be a close relationship between the sun, the moon, the planels, and the earth. All tho different bodies of the solar system are in perpetual motion, and the influence of the solar system on the oarsh through the elecirons must vary according to the position of the earth in relation to the other bodies. This influence in some cases also brings about violent earthquakes. When the upper layer of the earih subsides, ihe liquids and gases underneath are subjected ło a very great pressure, and this explains why sand, water and sometimes smoke and flame are thrown out with a fremendous force at the time of earth quakes.
