Let not the fever of worldly ambition oppress me now that I come to worship thee in the inner temple of the heart. Mysterious and incomprehensible Being The mind cannot fathom thee. Speech with the mind desist in their attempt to grasp thy infinite nature. This we know that we know thee not. They, who say they know thee, know thee not, and they, who say they do not know thee, know thee. It is neither that I know thee not nor is it that I know thee. This only I know, O God! that thou art Truth, Unity, Infinity, Intelligence, Goodness, Peace and Felicity itself. O Thou the Light of lights that dwellest in light ineffable! Lead me forth from darkness into light. Dispel the darkness of ignorance and worldly illusion from my mind. Reveal thy blessed nature to me,
