३२ সুসন্তান লাভের উপায় । শরীর ও মনে যে ধাতু ও প্রকৃতি (ছন্দ্রবৃত্তি) দিয়া গিয়াছেন, তাহার বিরুদ্ধে আমার সমস্ত যত্ন বার্থ হইয়াছে। সুতরাং শৈশব হইতেই আজীবন আমি মিথ্যাকথা, চৌর্য্যবৃত্তি, জাল, জালীয়াতি প্রভৃতি নানাবিধ পাপ কার্য্যের মনুষ্ঠান করিয়া, পরিশেষে এই ভয়ঙ্কর নরহত্যা করিয়াছি । এজন্য আমার পরিবর্তে আমার সেই জনক-জননীরই শাস্তি হওয়া উচিত।” * “তত ঋত্বিক প্রাগুত্তরস্যান্দিশি— ” ( চরকসংহিতা । ) এই সমস্ত শ্লোকগুলির তাৎপৰ্য্য এই যে,—“গর্ভাধানের সময় ও পূৰ্ব্বে মাতাপিতা নানাবিধ হোম, যজ্ঞ, মন্ত্র উচ্চারণ অর্থাৎ ভগবানের আরাধনা ও চিন্তা করিবেন । সৰ্ব্বদা পবিত্রভাবে থাকিবেন ও কায়মনোবাক্যে ধৰ্ম্মজীবনে উন্নত হইতে যত্ন করিবেন।” আর্য্য মহৰ্ষিরা সকলেই একবাক্যে স্ত্রীপুরুষের গর্ভাধানের সময়, গর্ভবস্থায়, সন্তানকে স্তন্যদানের এবং জীবনের সৰ্ব্ববিধ অবস্থায় ধৰ্ম্মচিন্তা ও ধৰ্ম্মজীবনে উন্নতি লাভ করিতে আদেশ প্রদান করিয়া গিয়াছেন । .* = ബജ്ജ _ _ m mmm makm-me-n
