otherwise, the Board, on sufficient cause being shewn, will be prepared to recommend that such Collectors and Settlement Officers as may appear duly qualified, be vested with the extended powers provided for by Rule 11 3rd The Board are fully scnsible that many of the Officers, below the grade of Collector, now employed on Settlement duty, may very safely be entrusted with the power of confirming temporary Settlements under Rule 7 You will, of course, report the names of any Officers whom you may consider it expedicnt to Invest with that power 4th You will be careful to notice the কালেক টল ও বন্দোবস্তী কার্য্যকাবক সাহেব ঐ কার্য্যেৰ উপ যুক্ত বোধ হন তাহাবদিগকে বোর্ডের সাহেবেবী ১১ বিধানেৰ লিখিত বেশী ক্ষমতা অর্পণ কবিবাব পৰামর্শ त्रिष्वन्र । ৩ দফা। বোর্ডেৰ সাহেবেব অবগত অাছেন যে কা লেক্টৰ সাহেবের অধস্থ শ্রেণীব যে কাৰকেৰা এক্ষণে বন্দোবস্তী কার্য্যে নিযুক্ত আছেন তাহাবদেৰ অনেক ব্যক্তিকে ৭ বিধানানুসাবে মিয়াদী বন্দোবস্তু মঞ্জুৰকবণেব ক্ষমতা দিলে হানি নাই । অতএব ষে কাৰ্য্যকাবকেবদিগকে
