.Pabt II[ ( موامخ ) Whereas it appears to the Lieutenant-Governor of Bengal that the undermentioned plots of lands are required to be taken by Government at the public expense for a public purpose, viz., for village chowkidar Krishna's jagheer, to be given as compensation for the loss of his jagheer lands acquired for the road from Kamra to Andi :— 曾 曾 In the village of Kolyanpore, pergunnah Khorgram, zillah Beerbhoom, a piece of land measuring, more or less, 16 cottahs and 124 gundahs of standard measurement, bounded on the north by the lands of Kesub chowkidar, on the west by a go-path, on the east by a waste land, and on the south by the lands of Sriram Mundul: n In the village of Kolyanpore, pergunnah Khorgram, zillah Beerbhoom, a piece of land measuring, more or less, 4 cottahs and 19% gundahs of standard measurement, bounded on the north by the lands of Kesub chowkidar, on the west by a tank, and on the south and cast by mål lands : In the village of Kolyanpore, pergunnah Khorgram, zillah Beerbhoom, a piece of land measuring, more or less, 7 cottahs and 19% gundahs of standard measurement, bounded on the north by the lands of Kesub chowkidar, and on the south, west, and east by mál lands : It is hereby declared that for the above purpose picces of lands measuring, more or less, 1 beegha 9 cottahs 114 gundahs of standard measurement are required within the aforesaid village of Kolyanpore. This declaration is made, under the provisions of Section 6 of Act X of 1870, to all whom it may concern. Whereas it appears to the Lieutenant-Governor of Bengal that the undermentioned plots of lands are required to be taken by Government at the public expense for a public purpose, viz., for village chowkidar Jccbun's jagheer, to be given as compensation for the loss of his jagheer lands acquired for the road from Doobrajpore to Elainbazar – (1) In the village of chok Fayzullabad, zillah Deerbhoom, a piece of land measuring, more or less, 3 cottahs and 64 gundahs of standard measurement, bounded on the north by the land of Jeebun chowkidar, and on the west, east, and south by the waste lands of thc zemindar: (2) In the village of chok Fayzullabad, zillah Beerbhoom, a picce of land measuring, more or less, 16 cottalis and 124 gundahs of standard measurement, bounded on the north by the lands of Jeebun chowkidar, and on the west, east, and south by the mål lands of the zemindar : 源 (3) In the village of Aulia, pergunnah Shahabunpore, zillah Beerbhoom, a piece of land measuring, more or less, 1 cottah and 2 gundahs of standard measurement, bounded on the east by the lands of Jechun chowkidar, and on the south, north, and west by the lands of Amir Ali : (4) In the village of Aulia, pergunnah Shahabunpore, zillah Beerbhoom, a piece of land measuring, more or less, 1 cottah and 133 gundahs of standard measurement, bounded on the north by the lands of Jeebun chowkidar, and on the cast, west, and south by the lands of Mobarak Ali : It is hereby declared that for the above purpose picces of lands measuring, more or less, 1 bcegha 2 cottalis 14} gundalis of standard uneasurement are required within the aforesaid villages of chok Fnyzullabad and Aulia.
