Fronm the 24-IPer-; gunnahs' Agency Ghauts to the Hastward. işoats conveying foreign imported Salt under Rowannahs from Calcutta, will be examined at the salue places as is conveying Salt from the Sulkea Golahs, and will further undergo amination at the Sootauooty Chokey in Calcutta immediately after delivery of the Salt from the vessel on which it has been imported. amined at every cooting station by which they may have to pass. . When the destination of a boat is changed, and its cargo covered by an Exchange Rowannah under Clause 2, Section XI.V. Regulation X. 1819, it will be examined at every cooting station intermediate between the place at which its destination, may have been changed aud the Chokey linuits. In like manner boats containing Sait protected by Attraflee IRowannahs and Agency Chars will be examined at every cooting station" between the place of despatch and the Chokey liniits. In all other respects the provisions of Section XXXIX. Regulation X: 1819, relating to the coot und examination of despatches of Salt will be observed as heretofore. [গবর্ণমেন্ট গেজেট । ১৮৪৭ । ৭ ডিসেম্বর । ] l অথবা অtঠার বাকী | ২ রোঙ্গীপুর । বালিয়াঘাট । অথব1 श्राद्वांट्र टैंrदौ । বসন্তপুর । টাদ-2}ালী । আসিরসুনীপ্রভূতি ৭ নম্বরী পথের ন্যায় । তে বাগুঞ্জীতে যায় । 5 ১ ও ন৭ শালিখার গোলাহইতে পূৰ্ব্ব দিগে যায়। एप्रrळाडू रँॉकी । বসন্তপুর প্রভূতি ৭ নম্বরী পথের ন্যায় । ১১ ন৭ চব্বিশ পরগনায় এছেণ্ট ঘাটহইতে পূৰ্ব্ব দিগে 巧灯1 যে সকল নৌকা বিদেশীয় আমদানী লবণ রওয়ানাক্রমে কলিকাতাহইঙ্গে লইয়া যায় সেই সকল মেীক শা{লখার গোলাহু ইতে লবণ লইয়া গেলে যে ২ স্থানে শু লাশী হয় সেই স্থানে তালাশী হইবেক তদ্ভিন্ন যে জাহাজের স্বারা ঐ লবণ আমদানী হইয়াচ্ছে তাছােছক্টতে লবণ লইবার পরেই কলিকাতার সুতানুটী চৌকীতে তাহার তালাশী হইবেক । ot. মো সকল নৌকা উপরের উক্ত পথ ভিন্ন অন্য পথ দিয়া র ওয়ানাক্রমে লবণ লইয়া যায় সেই সকল নৌক৷ কুত হওনের যে কোন চৌকী দিয়া যায় সেই স্থানেই তাহার তালাশী হইবেক । নৌকার যে স্থানে যাই প্লার কম্প ছিল সে স্থান যদি পরিবর্ভু হয় এবং যদি নৌকার বোঝাইয়ের ১৮১৯ সালের ১ - আইনের ৪৫ ধারার ২ প্রকরণানুসারে অবদিল্লী রঙরানা থাকে তবে যেখানে তাতার লক্ষিত স্থান পরিবর্জ হইয়াছে সেই থানঅৰধি চৌকীর সীমানাপর্ষ্যস্ত কুত হওনের প্রত্যেক চৌকীতে তাহার তালাশী হইবেক । সেই প্রকারে যে সকল নৌকার লবণের বিষয়ে অtএাফী রওয়ান ও এজেণ্টীর ছাড়fচষ্ঠী থাকে সেই সকল নৌকার রওয়ানার স্থান অবধি চৌকীর সীমানাপর্য্যস্ত কুত হওনের প্রত্যেক চৌকীতে তালাশী হইবেক । অন্য সকল বিষয়ে রক্তহওয়া লবণের কুত হওনের ও তালাশী করণের বিষয়ে ১৮১৯ সালের ১০ আইনের ৩৯ ধারায় যে বিধান আছে সেই বিধানমতে পূৰ্ব্ববৎ কার্য্য হইবেক ।
