VYAVASTHA-DARPANA. 1 ԶՏ Vis. Of him, who has been formally degraded, the right of inheritance, the funeral cake, and in *uation ut water, -re extimes-sa-i-iiui, colei, Dig. vol. iii. Im. (o) “ Dograded’—that is, excommunicated for a heinous crime, or for crimes in the seond or third degree.* Degradation takes place in the case of a heinous crime once consciously or twice unconsciouly committed.” The heinous crimes are as follows:– “killing a Brååmen, drinking forbidden liquor (h), steal. - #. - - * - - . . . ing (gold from a priest.) adultery with the wife of a father, natural or spiritual, and associuting with such as commit those offences (a), wise legislators must declare to be crimes in the highest degree.–Man v.
